Spend a 'Day at HNA'!

Students in the 8th grade, and potential transfer students, are invited to spend a Day at HNA with a current student as host. We will provide $15 for lunch/break in the cafe. Visitors are welcome from the end of September through early January, dependent on the HNA schedule.

Attend Our Open House

Join us on Sunday, October 18, from 12–3 p.m. and experience what makes Holy Names Academy different. Tour our campus, meet our students, faculty, and staff, and discover a community where girls are challenged, supported, and inspired to lead.

Tuition

The tuition and fees for the 2026-2027 school year are:

Application Fee: $40 (non-refundable)
Registration Fee: $650 (non-refundable)
Tuition: $26,520 per student
Late Fee: $45 per month on each payment received after the 5th of the month

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

At the time of registration, parents will choose one of the following four tuition-payment schedules:

Monthly for 12 months, May 1 through April 1
Quarterly on May 1, August 1, November 1, and February 1
Semi-annually on May 1 and November 1
Annually on May 1

The first tuition payment at any level of frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) is due on May 1 preceding the start of the school year.

The Financial Aid application deadline is:
December 31, 2026.

FINANCIAL AID

An important part of the mission of Holy Names Academy is to serve students from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. For the 2025-2026 school year, 30.7% of enrolled students received some level of need-based aid.

Financial aid is awarded both directly from Holy Names Academy and via the Academy from the Fulcrum Foundation of the Archdiocese of Seattle. Financial aid may include a Holy Names Academy grant, an endowed scholarship, a Fulcrum Foundation grant, or a combination of the preceding items. 155 named endowments and scholarships directly support student financial aid, which in 2024-2025 helped underwrite the education of 109 students.

The application deadline for financial aid is December 31, 2026. Financial aid applications must be completed each year. Applications received after this date will not be considered for Holy Names Academy financial aid.

Incoming 9th-grade students may anticipate confirmation of financial-aid awards in mid-February. Returning students may anticipate confirmation of financial-aid awards prior to the start of tuition payments for the next academic year.

Submit Transcripts and Teacher Recs

Submit the Confidential School Report / Transcript Request and Confidential Teacher Evaluation Form (PDF) to the student's current principal. Ask her/him to complete the form and forward it directly to Holy Names Academy. NOTE: This is a common form used by several Seattle-area Catholic high schools and may be photocopied for multiple uses. In addition, your principal should forward directly to HNA a copy of the following:

Official transcript/permanent record
Standardized test scores from current/previous years
Report cards from the preceding two years
Grades/progress reports from the current year
