Athletics are an integral part of the Holy Names Academy experience.

With 16 sports offered during the fall, winter, and spring seasons, students have the opportunity to compete at both the varsity and junior varsity levels. As part of the Seattle Metropolitan High School League’s 3A classification, Cougar athletes pursue success in highly competitive regional and state play while exemplifying dedication, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
