Holy Names Academy Earns Platinum Status
on AP School Honor Roll

Holy Names Academy is pleased to share that it recently earned Platinum status on the 2023 AP School Honor Roll. To achieve this recognition, schools must meet or exceed the criteria for a given recognition level for all three metrics. The criteria for Platinum schools are:

  • College Culture: Enable 80%+ of the Class of 2023 to experience one AP course before graduating.
  • College Credit: Assist with college affordability by enabling 50%+ of the Class of 2023 to earn college credit by earning an AP Exam score of 3.
  • College Optimization: Create opportunities for 15%+ of the Class of 2023 to take a total of 5 AP courses across their high school years, with at least one taken in 9th or 10th grade.
HNA achieved the following Platinum scores for the Class of 2023:

In addition, and equally exciting, HNA was recognized with the AP Access Award for providing all students the chance to participate in AP courses, including students of underrepresented populations.

These accomplishments represent collaboration and dedication from students, parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators. We could not be more proud of their commitment and success!
