Alina Guyon '19 walks the walk when it comes to gender equality and education for all

Alina Guyon, HNA senior and Campus Ministry & Community Officer, founded Libraries for All to provide a safe space with access to resources to people living in communities experiencing gender inequality. Alina has traveled to Kampala, Uganda and Kolkata, India to build libraries for in-need communities. She has understands the importance of providing this same access in her own backyard, Seattle, Washington.

Last spring, Alina was honored by the American Red Cross with the Youth Spirit Award. As just a sophomore, she was named a Distinguished Finalist by the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards
