Join us for HNA's Fall Play, Clue!

Ticket sales are now live for the HNA Fall Play production of Clue! The show will be performed November 3-5 in the HNA auditorium. We hope you can join us for this exciting production. Congratulations to Katherine Adams '23 for designing the Fall Play poster!

Based on the iconic 1985 Paramount movie which was inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, Clue is a hilarious farce-meets-murder mystery. The tale begins at a remote mansion, where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party where murder and blackmail are on the menu. When their host turns up dead, they all become suspects. Led by Wadsworth – the butler, Miss Scarlett, Professor Plum, Mrs. White, Mr. Green, Mrs. Peacock, and Colonel Mustard race to find the killer as the body count stacks up. Clue is the comedy whodunit that will leave cult fans and newcomers in stitches as they try to figure out…WHO did it, WHERE, and with WHAT!

Our Theatre & Film Department puts on three productions every year: the Fall Play, Spring Musical, and New Works Festival, a collection of student-written and directed 10-minute plays and short films. We also have a TheatreSports team, an improvisational-acting club; members participate in improv competitions. Participation in all productions is accomplished through auditions and the casting process. Opportunities to work behind the scenes in costume design, hair and makeup, marketing, lighting, sound design, and theatre tech are also available. HNA has a Theatre & Film Club for workshops and fun and is an International Thespian Society troupe.

Holy Names Academy is a yearly participant and recognized school in The 5th Avenue Awards: Honoring High School Musicals.
